Welcome to Sharp Fit Labs, operated by KM OCEAN MANAGEMENT INC. These Terms of Service establish the rules governing your access to and use of the Website and your purchase of our products.
By accessing the Website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and the policies incorporated into them.
1. Our Products
Sharp Fit Labs offers products primarily intended for imaginative and themed dress-up, including:
- Girls' dress-up costumes;
- Costume outfits and related apparel;
- Costume accessories; and
- Costume or change-up masks.
Product selections, styles, sizes, colors, and availability may change without notice.
2. Intended Use
Our products are intended for ordinary consumer dress-up, costume, entertainment, and related recreational purposes.
A costume is not necessarily protective equipment, professional performance equipment, safety equipment, or specialized occupational apparel unless expressly described as such.
Similarly, a costume mask should not be treated as respiratory protective equipment or personal protective equipment merely because it covers part of the face.
3. Children's Products and Adult Supervision
Because our merchandise is intended for children's dress-up activities, customers and supervising adults should carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, materials, fastening systems, and any applicable warnings before allowing a child to use a product.
Adults should use appropriate judgment concerning:
- Age suitability;
- Fit;
- Movement;
- Visibility;
- Breathing comfort;
- Loose components;
- Straps or elastic;
- Small decorative elements; and
- The environment in which the costume is worn.
A child should not be left unsupervised with a costume accessory when the product's characteristics create a foreseeable risk from improper use.
4. Masks and Visibility
Costume masks may affect peripheral vision, visibility, hearing, ventilation, or the wearer's ability to interact comfortably with the surrounding environment.
Masks should be removed whenever the wearer experiences discomfort, difficulty seeing, difficulty breathing, dizziness, overheating, or another concerning condition.
Costume masks are not designed to substitute for certified protective masks or respiratory protection unless a product is expressly identified and certified for that purpose.
5. Product Descriptions and Appearance
We attempt to describe products accurately.
Actual appearance may vary due to:
- Screen settings;
- Lighting;
- Photography;
- Manufacturing batches;
- Fabric characteristics;
- Printing;
- Dye variation;
- Hand finishing; and
- Packaging.
Minor variations do not automatically establish that a product is defective.
6. Size Selection
Customers are responsible for reviewing available size charts and measurements before purchasing.
Costume sizing can differ from ordinary clothing sizing. A customer should not assume that a child's usual clothing size will necessarily correspond to the same size in a costume.
7. Orders
When you submit an order, you are requesting to purchase the selected merchandise.
We may accept, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- Inventory shortages;
- Pricing errors;
- Technical problems;
- Payment authorization failures;
- Suspected fraud;
- Duplicate orders;
- Shipping restrictions; or
- Other circumstances affecting legitimate fulfillment.
If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, an appropriate refund will generally be issued.
8. Pricing
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing, but errors may occasionally occur.
If a material pricing or listing error is discovered, we may contact the customer before fulfillment or cancel the affected order and provide an appropriate refund, subject to applicable law.
9. Shipping Charges
Our standard shipping arrangement is:
- Free shipping for orders of $10.00 or more;
- $5.99 shipping for orders below $10.00.

10. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy.
Because masks and costume apparel may come into direct contact with the wearer, customers should review the return-condition requirements carefully before using or wearing an item.
11. Intellectual Property
The Website may contain:
- Logos;
- Product photographs;
- Written descriptions;
- Graphics;
- Page designs;
- Product names;
- Layouts;
- Illustrations; and
- Other intellectual property.
Unless otherwise stated, these materials are owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by KM OCEAN MANAGEMENT INC or relevant rights holders.
Website materials may not be commercially copied, republished, redistributed, modified, or exploited without authorization.
12. Customer Reviews and Submissions
Customers may have opportunities to submit reviews, comments, photographs, or other content.
By submitting content, you represent that you have the necessary rights to submit it and that it does not unlawfully violate another person's rights.
Do not submit:
- Another person's private information;
- Confidential information;
- Infringing material;
- Fraudulent reviews;
- Abusive content;
- Malware; or
- Unlawful material.

16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KM OCEAN MANAGEMENT INC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Website or products.
This limitation does not apply to liabilities that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require application of another jurisdiction's law, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
18. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable Florida or federal law.
Our policies are intended to supplement—not improperly eliminate—mandatory consumer protections.
19. Dispute Resolution
If a concern arises, we encourage customers to contact us first so that we have an opportunity to understand the issue and seek a practical resolution.
Nothing in this provision prevents a consumer from exercising a legal right or remedy that cannot lawfully be restricted.
20. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or interpreted to the extent necessary, while the remaining provisions remain effective.
21. Changes
We may revise these Terms as our Website, products, business operations, or legal obligations change.
The updated Terms will carry a revised effective date.
